Emerald's Pension House started as an overnight rental with guests who just wanted to sleep and wake up the next day. The owner took the place to next level after being inspired by her previous job in New Zealand – She changes it to an accommodation that is not only for guests who sleep overnight but also a place where they can relax and enjoy the stay.
It is located in South Province Cebu at Sitio Cayam Colon City of Naga, Cebu. The Pension House is a five minute ride to the heart of the City where you can enjoy one of the biggest parks of South Properties. There you can see the famous boardwalk which is literally between two land reclamation. The city had much to offer in terms of tourism attraction.
